Guys?

I'm teaching three LA 7 classes, 1 Science 7, 1 Social 8 and 1 Health/Religion 7.
But I'm only teaching until the 23rd, then next semester I'm back at the U for regular classes. Practicum is much better; I've learned waaay more in the past few weeks than from any of my classes. I should specify that I mean Ed classes...I've actually learned things in the classes I've taken in other faculties.

I'd be on more often if there was more activity, and if I wasn't busy.

Combined with the video game club you're running, it's obvious that you're every nerdy kid's favorite teacher.

Yeah, it's a lot more practical to learn on the job rather than a classroom setting in a lot of cases. College can be really silly at times. What do you aim to teach after you graduate?

Right there is a lose-lose situation. I'll try to make sure the first one comes true though.

I hate truth. :(

And @Ikarou, I wanna teach high school English. Junior High would be alright too. After doing my practicum in a Junior High I realized it's better than I thought it would be. And in a high school I'd be mistaken for a student, soooo.

This sounds like a scandal waiting to happen.

Yeah, you should totally aim for high school.

Real pros can actually fart through their armpits. You still have ways to go.

It's true. There are university classes dedicated to it.

Side note: I am in California. It is glorious and I want to stay forever.

So going back and reading an earlier post of mine in this thread, I found this:
Combined with the video game club you're running, it's obvious that you're every nerdy kid's favorite joke.

...when I meant to say this...

Combined with the video game club you're running, it's obvious that you're every nerdy kid's favorite teacher.

How did I end up typing "joke" instead of "teacher"? Well, with the teachers I have the answer becomes pretty obvious. In all seriousness though, I have no idea. Sorry for any misunderstandings, Mervold.

Side note: I'm in New Jersey and the weather here is almost as bipolar as the people.

Side-side note: Fuck the west coast.
