Build in PM system?

I'm not sure if this would be easy or hard, but i'd be glad to see a built in PM system on Strategywiki, it would be much easier to contact someone if needed.

People can enter their email addresses, and if you visit their user page, it'll show an "email this user" button in the toolbox (both people will need to have entered an email address). You can also ask them to message you on the forums. Usually, most discussions don't need the privacy and you can just leave a message on their talk page.
