That texture is too godly to have been done by mortal man. Or did you just simply use a rust stock and put it on soft light? Cheater. ;(

What is your process and what programs do you use for making these? Do you sketch them in something then vectorize it?

If I had to guess, they were probably made via tablet + adobe illustrator. Knowing Skate's history, that is.

They were made in photoshop with a tablet. Sketched in ps, then redrawn neater, then colored, then textured.
